Scott leads Propertyze. A Cert CII (MP) qualified adviser whose route into broking ran from paraplanning through the UK’s largest buy-to-let brokerage, he specialises in buy-to-let portfolios, commercial loans, bridging and private bank financing. Before finance, Scott trained as an engineer — and he still works the same way: interpret the data, identify the constraint, and build the structure that solves it. Applied across 135+ lenders, that approach is how complex cases get placed.

Kevin arranges bridging, development and specialist buy-to-let finance. CeMAP qualified, he built his grounding inside a multinational bank — latterly heading a portfolio of mid-corporate clients — before moving into specialist broking at one of the country’s largest buy-to-let brokerages. His focus is the deals that don’t fit a form: complex structures, demanding timescales, and clients who expect to be kept informed at every stage from first call to completion.
