Scott set out to be the difference he wanted to see – and with rich industry experience and a well-cemented reputation as a solution-seeker, he has done just that. Wrapping his engineering background, flair for innovative solutions, and deep understanding of finance into one analytical mind, it’s his unquenchable thirst for knowledge that led to Scott’s position as a leader.
Having darted from his role as Paraplanner to Trainee Financial Advisor, before homing in on mortgage advice within the UK’s largest Buy-to-Let brokerage, Scott isn’t just exceptionally experienced. At the centre of a global network of contacts, Scott is committed to lifelong education, calling upon his engineering mind to efficiently identify problems, before carving powerful solutions to suit, specialising in Buy-to-Let portfolios, Commercial Loans, Bridging Loans, and Private Bank Financing.
In his own words, “The way I see it, engineering – in its simplest form – is just problem-solving. It’s interpreting and understanding the data, and figuring out the most effective way to use that data for a better outcome. My engineering background gave me all the skills I need. Finance is the same puzzle, except this time it’s reviewing financial data, rather than getting covered in grease with a turbine engine!”

Sofia was in a well-paid job in pharmaceuticals when she was learning about what she would need to do to train as a mortgage adviser. Sofia believes everything happens for a reason. She was lucky to find a great broker who was willing to advise her when she was buying her first property; opposed to just completing a transaction, they taught her a huge amount about the industry.
Sofia wanted to become financially independent and work in a sector that she was passionate about. Since joining the industry, Sofia also continues to grow her buy-to-let portfolio by buying properties that needed renovation, doing the necessary works, and then renting them out.
For over 7 years, Sofia has excelled at providing her clients with an excellent service. This includes clients with large property portfolios to first time buyers venturing onto the property ladder. With her experience and expertise she is able to guide her clients through the process, enabling her clients to achieve the most with their money.
